How to Use:
Step1: Place the mouthguards for grinding of teeth in a pot or microwave of boiling hot water for 20 to 25 seconds to soften.
Step2: Remove the mouth guards from the hot water and soak in cold water for 2-3 seconds until slightly cooled.
Step3: Then place the mouthguards for grinding of teeth over the upper teeth and gently bite down on the mouthguards while pressing outward with your fingers from the incisors to hold the mouthguard in place.
Step4: Remove the mouthguard and immerse it in cold water again for 20-30 seconds to allow it to harden.
Step5: The mouth guards now matches the size of your mouth and can be used properly!
